Very interesting point Lain about if we never had another source if inspiration, we could rely on ourselves…A really great point to remember! Every day gets better and better. THANK YOU for providing inspiration and ideas today.

Another great video!  When I think of the different places we found inspiration during that LOAD it was almost like a Project Runway challenge for scrappers!  That eBay challenge was such a great example for that – am I going to be inspired by the name of something, the color combination or the feel of the object or some other such thing that hadn’t occurred to me until I saw.  Once you open yourself up, it’s a world of possibilities!

You are so right! It’s just a different mindset. :)

    Lain,
Thank you so much for picking my question and answering it. I appreciate how thoroughy you have searched for indepth answers that have really surprised me. You have inspired me with your video series. I don’t think I’ll look at scrapbooking the same way again. Thank you again. Oh, and one last thing…you always look cute. lol :)
    Take care,

I am just loving these videos, look forward to them everyday and am already thinking about how soon the end is coming!  I have a question.  I have been scrapping for 14 years and feel like I am pretty seasoned.  Lately I have been buying more kits or papers and embellishments from the same line and that is also how I store them until I make that first layout.  That is just what makes sense to me.  However, after I use some of the “kit” I am at a loss as to how to store the remaining pieces.  This can include full sheets, 1/2 sheets, scraps, stickers, rubons etc.  I hate to break up the kit and scatter the pieces to various locations in my scraproom. I’m afraid I won’t remember what I have that coordinates with what! So as it stands now I keep it together and then never really use it again anyway!!  Help!  Thanks so much

New Question Idea (Bribes Accepted): I often get papers in collection packs that have a big motif in one corner, but I never know what to do with them. P.S. I am not a 1 photo per page person. Any suggestions?

New Question Idea:  It seems that every time I look at a video or blog the pages all have just one photo on them?  I can see where you would want to do this sometimes for certain photos, but it how do you tell the whole story with just one photo.

New question idea!!! With my disabilities I seem to have no life…so what do I scrapbook???

Lain…what is the best way to display souvenir items that are not acid-freee, i.e., tickets from a play or a brochure.  Also, do you have some tips on using metal embellishments on a lay-out?  Thanks for this series.  I look forward to watching these videos everyday.

I wanted to share a very inspirational book with you guys.  Its called Scrapbooking for the Time Impaired.  I bought it at Beall’s for 2.99 (sale) and it’s amazing.  Written by Kerry Arquette and Andrea Zocchi

Hope this helps with getting inspiration
