Custom Notebook for Only $2!

by Lain Ehmann on September 25, 2012

Hey baby! I just ordered a super-cute custom notebook to keep all my True Scrap 4 notes in… and it was only $2! This blog post will show you how to make your own custom notebook from InkGarden (you can make one for True Scrap, too, or make one for your family, your business… whatever!). Note: You do pay shipping, which is $4.99… not cheap, but the total cost of $6.99 for this notebook is totally reasonable. It’s top-quality with a hard cover, making it perfect to toss in your purse or crop bag). Offer expires Nov. 2.

Step one: Click this link: Premium Custom Notebook – Just $2 – Save $8.99!

This is what you’ll see. Click the purple “Shop Now” button.

Step two: On the next screen, select the purple “Go” button next to “Build Your Own Design.”

Step three: Select “Notebook.”

Step four: Select “Build a Design.”

You can watch the tutorial instructions or just follow along here. Click “Close” to follow along here.

Step five: Select your outside cover design. I chose to start with a blank template.

Step six: Upload photos. I used the “I’m Attending” image from True Scrap (feel free to download and use it yourself!). You can also use the clipart that InkGarden has.

After you click “Add Images” (above) you’ll see the pop-up box. Navigate to where the images are on your computer:

You can upload as many images as you like, that will work with your design/template. After you upload each one, you’ll get a popup box asking if you want to upload more. Click “yes” or “no,” as your little heart desires!

Step seven: Create your covers by dragging the images from the sidebar to the cover. You can move it around and center it, add text, etc. I kept things simple with just a single image on on the front and back. Once you have it the way you like it, click the purple “Next” button.

Step eight: Select and design your inside covers. I chose plain templates, but you could choose a single photo, or a calendar.

If you want to add some flourishes, clip art, journaling boxes, or whatever, use the selection over on the left side:

Step nine: Once you have the inner covers done, click “Approve and Order:”

Step ten: On the order form, enter your details (1 notebook, then indicate that you’ve approved your design):

Step eleven: Log in or create an account on the next step:

Step twelve: Enter the coupon code (CUSTOMNB) to get $8.99 off! Click “Apply” then click “Checkout.”

Step thirteen: Enter your shipping and payment info. Then click “Complete Order.” You’re done!!

I can’t wait to get my notebook! Let me know if you order one, and what you put on YOURS. But do it before the end of October when the discount goes away!
