    Tilting a photo? No way!:)

  • Margy Eastman

I think it’s funny that your “linear” label above is a circle:) I can only tilt photos if they’re “rooted” on a straight line. Even then, it’s a little hincky. Maybe I’ll try tilting…well probably not.

Now & again I like to feel like I’m on a tilt-a-wheel, but most often I tow the line.

I go both ways ;) I like the look of neat and straight but often purposely put things off kilter as then I won’t look at it and think ‘dang that one letter is just off’ ;)

  • Jenny McGee

I do both. I like linear and a little off kilter. I tend to try and keep my titles a little off kilter on purpose, because it is hard to stamp or place letter stickers just so, so if I make them un aligned, it is easier all around.

I’m mostly linear. If I tilt, it’s with a pattern in mind. Anal, I know.

I have tilted photos and titles and things but turns out those aren’t my favorite pages. The embellishments and papers can be any which way but photos and titles need to be straight!!

Hmm, I’ve been in a liner lineup on papers lately. Especially horizontal this past week. I am super OK with my letters not lining up and make them wonky on purpose so not to stress over them. Pix depend on the page mood. I am very much into lining things up “by eye.” Which means I can tilt OK, but mostly it’s in a line.

  • Karen Perry

I must be a linear sort of scrapper for the most part. But I’ll admit, lots of the prompts and inspiration shared this past week certainly give me the confidence to work outside my comfort zone! Great challenge.

  • Cyndi

If I stand up during a scrapbooking session I think most of my layouts are more linear even tho I’m open to slanting things up. If I sit during a scrapbooking session then the pictures kind of take on their own slanted look since my perception was a bit off kilter from the beginning.

THAT is me! I am so stinking anal about lining thigs up. I think it has to be from when I was a sales tax accounting manager that did it to me. When I try to throw things around, I get a weird feeling and it almost makes my head hurt. :)

  • Rebecca

I try to be linear, but can’t for the life of me, get anything to line up straight. It’s always just a bit crooked. (Maybe my head isn’t on straight! lol!) So, I tilt things on purpose, since it’ll end up that way no matter what.
