I have to add the date and the year. Even if it’s obvious the layout is about July 4th, I can’t just put the year, I have to put the date also.

If the photo is older, I not only date the photo, but a lot of times, I will date the journaling.

90% of my layouts have at least a sentence of journaling. Also, I almost always have at least one embellishment on a page. Not too unique, but I thought it was going to be hard to come up with something I always do. Not really too hard. Thanks.

Probably my obsession with making my digital layouts look like paper layouts….I don’t know! I guess. I usually like to use one big photo and I like punny titles sometimes. LOL

I don’t do it all the time, but I like adding the three brads at the bottom of the page a lot. :) The power of three seems to be my fav.

I always have the main 3: title, images (usually photos but not always) and journaling (even if it is just a few word stickers). My titles are almost always large and prominent. When I’ve tried subtler titles I’m not happy. Not really unique, but definitely ME.

regardless of how I journal on a page, i always like to add a few words, sentiment, funny saying etc around an element or photo. i don’t know when i started doing it and i didn’t even realize it myself. it was pointed out to me during a LOAD, but this is the finishing touch to all my layouts.

I love that you do this! Such a fun little added touch.
