Just a friendly reminder…overwhelm is a verb, not a noun.  A person cannot get scrapbook overwhelm. They can only feel overwhelmed with scrapbooking!

Lain, just a friendly reminder….the word overwhelm is a verb, not a noun. A person cannot have scrapbooking overwhelm, but can be overwhelmed by scrapbooking! I love your podcasts and inspirational thoughts on your site!

I had to listen to last week and this week in the same setting so pardon my delayed comment.  I sit on the fence, part of me says “Bring on the New Products!” and part of me says “Look at this messy scarpbook room–buy no more!”  My kids are all in college and yes I am still working on baby books, along with high school pages, and some grade school pages. I bought their books and put sticky notes labeled ”pages yet to come”.  My kids ask all the time, when will ______(fill in the blank) be done?  I answer, when I get to it. I don’t want to be so busy scrapbooking that I miss events.  I have the original Cricut and really have no idea what to do with my 6 rolls of Washi Tape but I am eyeballing some purple at my local store.  I love this hobbie, I can work on it when I have time, I can go back and do old, I love finding new stories in old pictures–sometimes with time, a new light shines. I love all the tools and the bling and the blogs. Go out and enjoy life  and scrap along the way.  HAPPY SCRAPIN’
