Great episode. I’m going to check out more of the Simple Stories lines. I actually came up with this “revelation” a couple of months ago for my own photos – that I could still scrapbook the ones with stories or special events but I could put all those other photos into the pocketed page protectors and maybe FINALLY get some of those other photos I have into some albums. I knew I wasn’t going to scrapbook them all but didn’t know how to combine both worlds – straight photo albums with scrapbook pages. I haven’t started yet but I plan to – once I buy some pocketed pages. Now my dilemma is if I really want to have THAT many 12×12 albums around. They are very big & I have a lot of photos!
btw – listening to your podcast makes the housework go a lot faster! :)

Yay! It actually can help us scrapbook MORE by clearing out that backlog. Let me know how it goes!

Great episode! I love listening to you while I create I get so many great ideas as I work!! Looking forward to really trying my hand at the pocket pages. I am working on a Sn@p album now but still shying away from the pocket pages I think it’s time to jump right in!

I used the snap pages and album to make my last week in the life album! I did however use MAMBI cards because they were so stinking cute.
Love using pocket pages for events with lots of photos. And it is a really great way to introduce new people to the idea of documenting their lives, regardless of whether they call it scrapbooking or not.
