Send to KindleIf you are in love with scrapbook sketches, schemes, diagrams, maps, etc…. then you MUST meet Lisa Day.
Not only is she adorable and cute and fun, she also is a whiz with the ole’ scrapbooking sketch! In fact, she’s teaching a class in May at Big Picture Classes called
28 Days of Sketches.
Now if you’re already signed up for Layout a Day for May and are wondering how you would manage both of these fabulousities, never fear! Lisa assures me that you can save up all the sketches from her class to use later, or you could use them for your LOAD layouts, or you could pick and choose… so don’t worry about overcommitting (is there such a thing in scrapbooking? HAHAHA!).
If you want to hear more about Lisa and her class, please listen to this conversation I had with her the other day. We talk about:
-How scrapbook sketches can help you, no matter what level of scrapbooker you are
-How to adapt sketches to fit your own style
-How to create your own sketches
…and of course much more!

Now, in other news… can you guess what these are?
No, they aren’t “We’ve just moved” cards (we have two more weeks before I need to work on those!.
Nope, not “Aren’t you glad Tax Day is over?” cards.
They’re just a friendly little greeting (or 250!) from me to all the True Scrap participants. If you took part in True Scrap and sent in your contact info, one of these lil’ cuties will soon be winging its way to you.
But don’t expect me to make mass amounts of handmade greetings any time soon. I’m pooped!

As if that weren’t enough crafty goodness for one day, I’ve decided it’s time for a pop quiz.
Leave a comment telling me who I ran into yesterday, and I’ll put together a little pack of goodies for you. I’ll give you a hint. NOT HUGH. (If it had been, I’d be on my way to Antigua right now).
I’ll give you another hint — someone in the crafty world. Be quick though; I’ll draw the winner tonight!
P.S. I’m hard at work on May’s Layout a Day. You are signed up… aren’t you???
